we have not yet staretd off working on it so just thinking of building from an existing one.i hope our idea is good

Why not contribute to CFEclipse instead of rolling your own. Some of what you have there is pretty interesting, but some of it does overlap with cfeclipse.

You could always incorporate cfeclipse under open source, and still be able to sell the product.
