Saw the blogPost on the extjs site about your ext cfc implementation.
I wanted to invite you to take a look at our COOP framework that we are developing.
COOP is a custom tag library that enables an awesome separation of logic and presentation, and also uses cfc's to control certain aspects of the plugins.

We are currently working on plugins for the following libraries with more to come later.
jQuery
YUI
TinyMCE Editor
Spry

Recently I finished a plugin for jQGrid (still doing beta testing actually), which you can see the example for here.
