My team hasn't moved into ColdFusion for our core products yet, but its on the test-bed. The company that i work for now is a K-12 publisher, assessment software provider, content creator.

we have an amazing assessment and analysis product coded almost entirely in CF , see info at aimsweb.com.

we have been using agile project management techniques (SCRUM) which has been working very well for us.
