I've downloaded the PDFs of Adobe LivDocs for Coldfusion and basically everything I've ever wanted to know comes from there.

And of course, there's the House of Fusion mailing lists. :)

I used to use www.gotapi.com, but since moving to CF8 I now have a PermaTab in Firefox that loads Adobe LiveDocs (which is much faster now than CF7 version).

On the blog side of things, Ray's ColdfusionJedi is a must.

http://www.bennadel.com/ has been really helpful with learning to use XML with CFML
http://www.coldfusionjedi.com/ is great for learning a lot of new CFML

cfQuickDocs has its own button on my FireFox Bookmarks toolbar: www.cfquickdocs.com

I check various ColdFusion blogs at least once a week (Ray Camden, Ben Forta, Sean Corfield, etc.).

I also keep up with the ColdFusion Weekly's linkroll on del.icio.us (del.icio.us/cfweekly) in addition to listening to the podcast (www.coldfusionweekly.com).
