I've been saying yes to way too many projects as of late, and though I am probably also too busy to even handle any response that may come of this, I'd like to leave an open request for advanced-beginner-level cf-interested folks to contact me

Ideally I'd find somebody who can

- handle basic updates to CF-based html/css sites

- help with installation of our in-house CMS (easy!)

- offer improvements to our workflow when they seem obvious, and be teachable in terms of our established ways of doing things the rest of the time

- do quality work from the comfort of your own home office, for generous starting rates (subject to increase once we get friendly and things really start to flow)

- handle a bit of up and down in volume, and keep yourself busy the rest of the time


This is probably not a job for a cf jedi - I need a semi-noob who counts learning from our experience as a realistic partial-compensation. I would love to help the right person come up through the CF ranks more quickly than average, in return for a bit of help and loyalty.
