Conferences next year

Our user groups are putting on a conference late next year. Originally I wanted it to have a design and a developer track. Nice blue beanie :) I was going to do that but I didn't have one...and I guess I'm too lazy (or busy) to go out and buy one.

It's so relaxing to not actually be responsible for everything getting done for the user group. But it is good that I went to the meeting sick last month when Sean was out of town. Technical difficulties. But after surviving, I got to sleep instead of unpacking my car!

Thanks, Dee! I saw. They are fabulous. :) Great idea. I should post some photos of Sarah Binah, and any older NYCFUG photos I may have.

I thought the photo of Lisa and Sean was just fun!

I think it is because Coldfusion isn't viewed as a good development language. The people making decisions hear .NET, Java, or PHP... so coldfusion isn't really looked from a management point of view. What they don't seem to understand is that it is…

The company I currently work for are wanting to convert from Coldfusion / Oracle to Sharepoint / MSSQL.  I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this?   Also, how hard will it be for me to get use to .Net?
