Startup Website Looking For Programmer (Coldfusion Website)

Looking for a programmer to become an equity partner in a real estate startup website. Our site is a social networking site for real estate investors and professionals. We have been live for a few months and have experienced strong growth. We have over 2200 members and are receiving 20,000 unique visitors per month. Currently we are generating $600+ a month in Adsense revenue per month. We do this with no advertising or promotion and very low overhead. We are just now branching out and putting additional revenue streams in place. Currently the team consists of the 2 founders.

Requirements:

1. Coldfusion experience - the site is built in coldfusion.
2. PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, MySql - all the basic web development skills
3. Web Scraping Experience, this can be in your preferred language, but we currently use .NET for all the scraping activity.
4. Server experience - we currently host on a Windows 2003 box using IIS

This is not a full time position, it will require 10-15 hours per week, and you can do it from anywhere in the country but being in the San Francisco Bay Area would be a plus. Your role would be to build out all new website features, maintain the server, optimize the existing code and database, and anything else to improve the performance of the site. The ideal candidate is someone who has an existing position and is looking for an and is looking to get in on the ground floor of an exciting startup opportunity and has the time to contribute outside of their current position.

If you are interested, please contact me directly with your resume or history of work experience and a brief explanation of why you'd be interested in joining us. Qualified candidates will then be contacted and given the website address and specific information on the business plan and revenue model.
